I have been shopping at Bonnie Doon safeway since 1980s.I am very proud of the managers, asst. managers, deli, meat, produce, floral, customer service, bakery, security departments. Each department does its best to serve customers day in and day out, Their night crew stocks the shelves and does all needed work perfectly. Meat department provides excellent products and does its best daily. Bakery under the guidance of Lawrence and staff has been doing its best, Floral department is take care by Louise and Brandy have been producing not only the best sales but best service, customer service staff is knowledgeable and are doing very good work under Devon, all the cashiers arrive on time, serve the customers with welcoming smiles. Today I received excellent service from Harvey who was stocking the shelves with pop, helped me find the pop I was looking for, showed me the pop on sale, walked all the way to the cooler to get the right size pop I needed, Harvey showed respect, compassion, thoughtfulness and guided me to the right shelves, Harvey is very thoughtful and respectful of seniors including me. This Safe is managed by an efficient and hardworking manager who is very supportive of his staff. I wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving, a peaceful and joyful Christmas followed by a prosperous New Year, 2024..
